Hey, everyone!

I needed a break from working on an entry for the , so, I figured I'd update my journal.  I don't know if I'm going to be able to finish this entry, though, since I have work at 5 p.m. and the contest ends at 9 EST - same time as I get out of work.  I'll try cramming this into the couple hours I have left.

Other than that, I had my first driving lesson two weeks ago and seemed to do well from my point-of-view.  The instructor didn't really give me a whole ton of bad critiquing.  The lesson was me driving for 2 hours straight on neighborhood streets and the highway.  Now that the lesson is over, my parents won't let me drive on anything but the street I live on.  Yes, because driving 10 MPH on a straight road is REALLY going to help me get my driver's license.  Sometimes I'd like to tie their mouths shut and scream - maybe they'd actually hear me.

My hours at work are going down again.  Unemployment is going to be sick of me - I hit full-time hours a couple of weeks ago and I guess that means you have to redo the entire application process again.  I totally agree with the not-giving-anything for the week when you reach enough hours, but now that my work just hired 8 NEW people, my hours are back down to a handful.  

Remember that new co-worker who was pretty much stalking me?  I started to forget about him altogether and then he comes in 2 hours early the night before last.  TWO HOURS!?  REALLY!?  I told him it was nothing truly personal, but I was getting uncomfortable and word was going around.  So, while having him on my a** the last 2 hours of MY shift, I had to answer his damn questions, throwing me behind on MY list to finish.  I got yapped at because I was about 20 minutes late leaving (and my parents have ZERO patience for anything) and the dimwit co-worker called my sister (she's the assistant manager) because he couldn't find something.  I looked before, but I had stuff to do.  The two people working before me looked, but they couldn't find it either.  If I had been able to get out on time I would have looked after my list was done.  This guy is ridiculous - 30 years old and acts like a big baby.

My best friend is going to the Comic Con in Philly.  I was going to go, but money is not in my favor right now.  I have a Dental appointment tomorrow which is going to poke a little hole in my pocket, I have to save for a car, trying to get back into college, medications, and - of course - rent for my Mother.

It should be considered rent to listen and break-up all fighting between Mom and my Step-Dad.  

I am so tired today.  I've been waking up at realistic times lately, but today I saw the clock and it was 11:30.  I think it's the weather - overcast, dark and humid.  I would love to hear some thunder and rain, that would make me smile.

Well, I need to get back to this entry.  Then jump in the shower and head off to work.
