My Babies

Alright. This is just a few snapshots of my babies when they were small.

First came Boots. We got Boots when my sister Kassidy was real small and named her Boots after the monkey on 'Dora the Explorer.' Kassidy even took it upon herself one day to color in her white paws red. o.o But we moved out of that apartment and had to give her to my Father. She ran away three years ago but she will always be loved wherever she may be.

Keiko is MY baby. She is majorly spoiled and was very playful until our other cat Spaz joined the family... but Spaz will come later. Keiko has a soft stomach and is fed only IAMS (of course it's the expensive brand she needs!) and is supposed to visit the vet soon due to her getting thinner and thinner. Keiko is a "mommy's girl;" she sleeps next to me at night, wakes me in the morning and runs to meet me downstairs when I come home from school and work. Keiko isn't much of a talker... "meower"... instead she purrs like a little lioness. She may sound like a lion... but when it comes to courage... she's a cowardly lion. Keiko is about 2 and a 1/2 years old now.

Spaz is actually my sister, Kelsey's cat. She came to us from Kelsey's friend down the street who couldn't keep the liter anymore. My sister lied to my Mother saying they were going to have all of the litter put down and my Mother finally gave in. Spaz brought a bunch of fleas in our home... giving it to the dogs (Nikki and Jojo B) and Keiko. (We suspect Keiko has worms due to the flea larvae.) Spaz really lives up to her name, she actually "spazes." She wakes me up every morning at 2 am by rubbing against my face and meowing. Spaz is a very talkitive kitty. She is around 8 months now. Spaz isn't afraid of the dogs like Keiko is. She will stand on one of the mid-steps and wait for Nikki to walk by so she will pounce on her. Spaz loves to climb screens. Spaz and Keiko had a problem sharing the home at first but I caught Spaz taking care of her older sister, Keiko, the other night by licking her clean. It was adorable and my camera wasn't charged! >.<

Domo is the newest addition to my arms. He is about 2 and a 1/2 weeks old right now. There isn't much to say about Domo. He drinks lots of milk and sleeps in my hands. Domo was sort of a birthday present from my boyfriends Mother and when I saw him I had to have him. He fell asleep in my hands and squirmed very little until I put him back in the cardboard box with his brothers and sister. Altogether, there are three orang cats and two grey/black striped. All of them being males except one of the grey/black striped. My boyfriend picked out the name Domo because of the calendar I just bought of Domo. Kind of a korny reason but that is alright. Domo is a very good name we think.
